The best thing to reduce thirst during Ramadan (roze men pyas ki shiddat kam kren) is to eat the following things in Sehar (sehri men kya khayen)
1. Drink water before a meal
2. Add carbohydrates, protein, and fats to your sehri
3. Do not avoid fresh fruits in your sehri
4. Consume nuts to balance electrolytes
5. Do not skip yogurt in the suhoor
6. Add milk to your sehri
The best thing to avoid thirst in Ramadan (ramzan men pyas na lagne ka tarika) is to drink plenty of fluids but mainly water. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
