Problem: Many of our discipline issues pertained to our hallways, bathrooms and the lunchroom.

Solution: The SWAGG card is developed in which gives students special privileges for good behavior such as listening to music in class (with permission only), preferential seating choice in the lunchroom, etc.

McDonald Middle School teachers continue to implement news ways to enforce their new form of positive reinforcement using SWAGG (Successful. Wise. Accountable. Goal Oriented. Giving).
