Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 celery root
3 small onions
3 liters of water
Seasonings:
2 tablespoons of black peppercorns
1 tablespoon of allspice
7-10 bay leaves
Instructions:
On high heat, sauté the onions until they reach the state shown in the video.
Add the remaining vegetables and sauté until they become soft. Don't worry if all the vegetables look slightly burnt; it is precisely this appearance that will give us the desired taste and color.
Add all the seasonings and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
