Congres President: Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat ahead of taking charge as party chief on Wednesday.Outgoing Congress chief Sonia Gandhi will hand over the certificate of election to Kharge, the first non-Gandhi party chief in 24 years, at a function in New Delhi.
Rahul Gandhi, who is leading Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra, will also attend the event.
