White Pepper Powder 1.5tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4tsp
Garlic Crushed 1tbs
Soya Sauce 1.5tbs
For Wrappers:
All-Purpose Flour 2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Water 1/2cup
Utensils:
Steamer for steaming
Bowls for mixing filling and flour
