Special tools: butcher fork and a Napoleon Grill
Ingredients:
1 3 lb tomahawk, room temperature
1 heavy kosher salt
Method
1.With the back of your knife clean down the bone and season aggressively with kosher salt.
2.Grill at 300F degrees with indirect heat until internal temp hits 110F degrees.
3.Sear on the sizzle zone at 900F degrees to get a charred crust.
4. Let rest for ten minutes and crave against the grain.
