- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1½ tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 85 g Korean Chives, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 20 g Red Chili Peppers, chopped
- ¾ cup Tong Tong Bay Seafood Mix, thawed
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- ½ tbsp Sesame Seeds
