Since commencing her role in 2022, Blessing has embraced the challenge of her day to day remit to break down barriers to enterprise for Ethnic Minority owned businesses. Through her passion and commitment, she has also become synonymous with championing diversity, equity and inclusion across NatWest Group. One of her most notable initiatives is her Cultural Literacy workshops, which she developed after realizing a lot of colleagues didn’t know how to navigate uncomfortable conversations or how to achieve positive interactions with both customers and colleagues from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
