38 Kenya Revenue Authority employees detained for 14 days pending conclusion of investigations want the high court to review the decision by the magistrate court to keep them in custody. Through Senior Counsel Prof. Tom Okienda the suspects claimed that the lower court erred in law and misdirected itself by failing to consider that before the suspects were arrested investigations had been commenced and undertaken for over 4 months.
