In this video we will show you the entre process of Cooking the Famous Mutton Daal Gosht by Bawarchi/ Chef.They are cooking 10 Kg of Spicy Mutton Daal Gosht from the scratch and the entire process took around 1.5 hours which can easily serve around 50 to 60 people. Daal Gosht is basically a mutton simmered with spices, mixture of toor dal and masoor dal. This is a very famous dish among the Indian and Pakistani Muslims.
