These lockers are equipped with a screen at a kiosk. This helps locate the right recipient in user database while delivering the package. Once the package is placed inside the locker, the person meant to receive it is promptly alerted through text messages and/or emails. The alert informs them that they can pick up their package as per their convenience. To open the locker and access their parcel, the recipient receives a one-time password code via text or email.
