INGREDIENTS:
- Aval/beaten rice flakes: 250 gms
- Fresh scraped coconut : 300 gms (approx 3.5 cups)
- Jaggery : 500 gms
- Gram dal (Pottukadala) : 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds: 1.5 tbsps
- Cardamom powder: 1.5 tbsps
- Dry ginger powder: 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
- Ghee : approx 2-3 tbsps
