Frame after full retoration.
1st stage of frame repair:
-Inspection in what condition was the frame, axles and transfer case when it came to us.
2nd stage of frame repair:
-Full cleaning to bare metal, in our case, this was sandblasted.
3rd stage of frame repair:
-Directly, the repair, with the replacement of all rusty brackets with new original ones, or elements made by us (not all frame brackets, you can buy new ones - you have to do it yourself or take it from other frames).
In this case, it was not possible to get off only with the replacement and repair of the brackets. The rear of the frame was very rotten, to through holes in the spars of the frame. It was decided to replace the entire rear of the frame with a new one
-While the frame is being painted we are finishing the restoration of transmission elements, suspension, brake, steering, fuel systems and everything on the frame! Attention is paid to each element and bolt.
4th stage of frame repair:
-Painting the frame with a special two-component primer and painting with a special elastic paint for metal structures subject to mechanical stress and aggressive environment.
5th stage of frame repair:
-tying the frame and installing all components and assemblies back
As we said before, all components were repaired, all consumables, tubes, hoses, silent blocks, shock absorbers, brakes and other little things, all new!
