Hi guys, welcome back!

A realistic glimpse into our impulse and well needed trip to Sardina, Italy.
Staying in the Centre of old town Cagliari, we've managed to walk endlessly to all our locations. walking 20k plus steps each day, no wonder we were broken on day 4.

Highly recommend Giardini park for a nice walk or picnic away from the busy city.
The Amphitheatre, though it was closed at the time is worth seeing, the walk alone to and from it is beautiful.
Orto Botanic garden, however some areas were closed to the public due to renovations I assume.
We took the bus to a Poetto beach, swam in the Mediterranean sea and soak up the sun.
My favorite part of the holiday was taking the bus to Villasimius, where we picked up drinks and snacks. Trekked 25 minuets to the beach, swam and later took a boat out in the deep blue. An experience I will cherish forever.
