Then I raise a complaint to customer executive nd she made a replacement
Delivery arrived to pickup the the n type cable then u call phone call the warehouse incharge nd give to talk me that I will take the product how it come n type the mention is c type I told wahi maine complaint dala nhi to order krke was replace kyu kiya maine
Then he used to say aise hi krte log h telling me I am fraud bhai I order I am a customer Zepto can’t talk like this
I record this whole incident happened with me
At last Zepto gave me refund for the order
