Greetings bakers! Fall is here, time to kick it into high gear, baking-wise. And that's why we're offering these two live classes in September and October. First up is Cabbage & Beef Pie, a hearty, savory dish that's perfect for those cool fall weekend dinners. Also in this class, we're going to use the same filling to make filled rolls called bierocks, a traditional German recipe. In October we're digging into apple pie, and not just any pie but one baked in a paper bag. If you've never tried it, you'll be amazed at how deliciously juicy your pie turns out. (You can, if you prefer, skip the bag and baker your pie right on a sheet pan.) We'll finish up this class with a short crash course on mini apple pies, perfect for those occasions when a little less is more. Hope you can join us for both classes.
