We have manufactured automatic depalletisers for a variety of different industries. Our machines will accurately unload and align a set of empty containers onto a conveyor system, which feeds onto the main production line.

Once a pallet is in position, the depalletiser lifting system will move the first load of empty containers to the production line using a clamp.

We will adapt the gripping clamp to suit specific container and pallet dimensions. This ensures that the handling of the containers is as gentle as possible. The speed at which the depalletiser is set will also guarantee a smooth transfer onto the production line.

We can manufacture depalletisers for production lines running up to 400 containers per hour. This will depend on the size of container however.
