There are claims young migrants and refugees coming to London to start a new life are waiting for months sometimes even years for a place at school. That's despite every child having a legal right to an education and the government aim of getting them a school place within 20 days of arriving here. One charity in south London supporting them fears it could be affecting thousands of children.
