All four London stabbing victims named while suspect remains in hospital
Four people from the same family were found dead inside a house in South London in the early hours of yesterday morning (April 25). In the latest update this afternoon (Tuesday, April 26) the Met Police confirmed a man, 28, was Tasered and rushed to hospital in Lewisham as he was arrested on suspicion of murder. Police were called at about 1.40am on Monday, April 25 to reports of a disturbance at a house in "quiet" Delaford Road, in South Bermondsey. Officers attended the scene and forced entry to the house where they found four people with stab injuries.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, all four people were pronounced dead at the scene. Officers from the Met Police are in the process of contacting the next of kin. Post-mortems will be arranged in due course. Police confirmed the victims are a man aged 58, a woman aged 64, a woman aged 45 and woman aged 27. The victims have since been named as an NHS worker, her daughter, her granddaughter and her partner.
