Ring security floodlight cam is flashing like strobe lights. When this happens you turn your power off and leave this for 10 seconds. After this you turn the power on again and let the camera reset. In this case the same thing happened. So you then do a total camera reset on the app.
The camera still kept strobing. Ring have replaced it..
