Hello everyone.
I am making kofta with bulgur and potato today.
Ingredients:
A cup of fine bulgur,
Boiled potatoes,
Chopped fresh mint,parsley and onion,
Pepper paste,
Tomato paste,
Lemon juice,
Olive oil,
Salt,
Black pepper.
To serve:
Some veggies and pickles
While you are boiling the potatoes add hot water on the bulgur and cook it( be careful to not make it too wet) once the potatoes are ready smash them.
Add the pepper and tomato pastes on the bulgur then salt and pepper and mix them with your hand add the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix it with potatoes and add the herbs.
Give it shape by taking piece in your hand in the size you want and squeeze it little bit.
If it’s not enough oily add while you are serving.
Serve it with some tomatoes,cucumber and pickles.
Enjoy it.
