The last mass voter registration exercise before the August polls has kicked off. IEBC is targeting over 6 million new voters in the one month long exercise and is urging Kenyans to come out and register before the exercise closes on 14th February. But stakeholders have poked holes on the alleged faulty Biometric Voter Registration kits which they say might lock out a number of Kenyans from registering.
