So apparently the Buried Tender Engine (a.k.a. Aeolus) has been unburied from the old slate quarry across the broken bridge at Mt. Chwarel Halt and was restored. You can see him arriving at Andreas station. If you look closely, his tender reuses that of Elmira's.
