I have not used a graphic novel before in a book carving. The main reason is the shiny pages, there are not the best thing to try and glue. But I was approached about doing a commission for a graphic novel with a old book, I couldn’t say no. You need to stretch your boundaries or you just never create new things. The cutting is done and the tidy up and glueing will now commence .
