My interest of this project comes from my own intuition based on traveling and the impression of London in the image that I showed. As a result, this film presents three notions of my perspectives of urban space in London. In the first one, through the experience of lost on street, I got the idea of spatial labyrinth and path about urban space within Central London. The following notion is that through the action of wandering we can understand the surroundings of urban areas. Through the activity of wandering, everyone could become a city flâneur. The third notion of it shows the routine experience of one location. While the situation happened in regularity, the notion of time and space can be seen as conception of folding condition. Meanwhile, I have used my extract seven days diary to explain the narrative of my film which consists of the above parts. At least, the ideas of psychogeography were deployed in this film.
In my project, the goal is not to make an experimental film, but to establish a visual recording system to experience unpredictable surroundings of cities and spaces.
