This glutes and abs combo is amazing! We work for just under 20 minutes AMRAP style in this abs and glutes workout! Equipment is optional, but you can use your dumbbells and/or mini resistance bands or booty bands for this workout! A mat, water bottle, and towel will be handy to have nearby for this workout!
This AMRAP style workout is a little different from some of our previous AMRAP workouts, because this one incorporates a longer AMRAP timer with a shorter exercise timer included. This will help you keep your focus on proper form, instead of having to count your reps! This workout includes 3 rounds to target the glutes and 1 round to target the abs and obliques!
As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
