Today I visit Matt and over the course of a few months his van went from looking a bit tired to looking like it just rolled out of the factory, so join me as I join Matt, replacing his front wings from Just Kampers parts, and puts it in to the bodyshop for rust treatment and a new paint job keeping it the same colour. And get an honest review and advice, plus will Matt reveal how much he spend on this respray.

A bit of history, Matt has owned this van for over 17 years and has always maintained this van to a high standard, some would say better than VW themselves. He first started out by swapping the gearbox from auto to manual. He added leisure battery and carplay radio along with amp speakers and sub. He has done many modifications trying to keep it as oem as possible. With over 400,000miles on the clocks the body work has started to age and its showing, so it's time for the summer of love for his t4.
