One of the biggest struggles of living in a vehicle is sacrificing warmth and comfort during the seasons of cold weather. In this video, I cook a hot meal under the shelter of my 1991 Volkswagen Westfalia Vanagon at 5,000 feet elevation while the snow comes down outside during a winter storm.
