Taking command of our Attention is one of, if not, the most important skill we can train ourselves to strengthen in life - Even just improving our Attention by 2% is enough to make a huge impact in our life. Techniques such as Meditation, Journalling and activities that help train our focus such as painting, drawing, music, sports, reading and beyond can help us take control of our attention and our awareness - and help us direct our energy onto thoughts, activities, people and things that serve us in life, uplift us... and strengthen us :)
