This recipe is made with all natural ingredients that I have bought at my local Whole Foods. Plus, I wanted to try this Gluten free vegan recipe and I do have to say Elle loved it.

Peanut Butter Banana Brownies
Serves 12
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cocoa powder
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
for greasing the pan
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat an 8x8 pan with coconut oil.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl for the brownies except the chocolate chips. (Use a food processor and blend well for a more dense brownie.)
Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Garnish with drizzling peanut butter or a few chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove brownies and cool.
Enjoy.
