Gone are the days of annihilate hitting anything hard at all. It's a shame to see how it is now, healing is higher only because of %healing which is ... cool I guess, but lacking a proper kit for PvP blows. Majority of my damage here is rupturing into spamming slash as filler to reproc rupture tick dmg.
