This brief video demonstrates how to install and perform a typical* alignment of a transmission element on a ZYGO interferometer system. The procedure is essentially the same regardless of what model interferometer is used, or whether the transmission element is plano or spherical.

* Please note that while this alignment procedure is applicable to the majority of typical metrology applications, a more precise alignment procedure may be required for certain other types of measurements. In those situations, please consult the operation manual that came with your product or contact ZYGO for assistance.
