I bought this Victorinox paring knife in a Hong Kong baking tools supply shop in Yaumatei for about $4.50. You can use it for many small jobs. Very sharp and handy. I call this a real inflation fighter. I hate to sound like a commercial, but quality like this will last a long, long time.
