The Kindergarten department of UCPS celebrated the Colour week beginning from 17th July until 20th July.Colour week is celebrated for children to recognise and relate the colours with the objects around them.Colourful handmade cutouts and balloons related to the colours adorned the KG block arousing the enthusiasm of the little minds.Children , along with the entire faculty of UCPS, came dressed in the alloted colour of the day adding more colour to the celebration. The children enjoyed the fun craft activities planned for them.The tiny tots went around the school campus, carrying placards and little takeaways, conveying a social message.
Red Day - Donate blood and save a life.
Blue Day - Save the seas from plastic pollution.
Yellow Day - Be a sunshine in someone's life.
Green Day- Each one, Plant one .
Thus, through the ardent and enthusiastic participation of the children, faculty and parents, colour week was a huge success and needless to say the children learnt to celebrate the colours around them.
