The Bird dog - A great Rotary Stability Exercise
This is a great movement to do before work and also when you get home. If you perform it every day for the course of 2 weeks, you will start to notice the exercise will become easier to perform. You will shake less, you’ll feel as if you have a brace or guard around your middle because that’s the area you’re building up. This will strengthen your back, increase spine health, and aid in healthy movement through out the day. Give it a try for a couple weeks. Go slow at first, don’t move into a painful range of motion, and gradually increase the time you hold the position on each side.
