How To Do Trisets
Select 3 exercises that target 🎯 the same muscle.
Todays triset example targets the #Quads. But all 3 exercises must target the same muscle.
You can’t have 3 different #legexercises targeting 3 different muscles. This would end up being 3 single sets.
All 3 exercises are performed back-to-back with no rest in between.
The rest comes at the end of the third exercise.
Introduce all 3 exercises to your client before starting the #triset
Otherwise youll end up performing 3 single sets
with demos in between.
All 3 #exercises will have the same rep range: 12RM for example.
Try to limit the rest between exercise… 4-5 seconds max. Ideally none. So think about your exercise choice, the exercise location and any travel time between exercises.
Each exercise should be to overload… don’t go easy on the first exercise knowing theres 2 more to come!
