Sky Bar in Cagayan De Oro is located downtown at the Cagayan Town Center. It's a rooftop bar and restaurant with no inside seating area. The menu has the expected dishes, mostly Filipino style. We picked a bad night to go since it began raining not long after we sat down. Sky Bar shouldn't be confused with Hugo Skye Lounge.
