salt - 1 tsp
butter - 75 g
yeast - 2 tsp
sugar - 70 g
egg - 3
water - 160 ml
milk - 60 ml

filling;

ube halaya - 300 g

toppings

unsalted butter - 70 g
cream cheese - 70 g
powdered sugar - 3 Tbps
grated cheese

yield: 20 pcs (50g)
