(27 Feb 1961) Reconstruction work on the Treasury building in London has brought to light some fascinating remains of the old Palace of Whitehall. About 430 years ago, after Henry VIII took over the Palace from Cardinal Wolsey, he built a sort of recreation centre here. One of the turrets has now been uncovered, as well as a number of fine Tudor arches and windows.
