The "Festival of Lights" is a spectacular event, in which international artists transform famous landmarks and monuments through the use of illuminations and 3D mapping into works of art. This year's event was different. Despite an ongoing European energy crisis, the organizers managed to deliver a magnificent show by reducing the number of locations and cutting electricity by 75%. Here are my favorite installations.
