If you are from Bengal, you know what time it is of the year. Makar Sakranti is around the corner and it’s time to create a traditional Bengali sweet- Puli Pitha. We make different variations of pitha during the winter, especially for Makar Sankranti. In this video, I will be sharing one of those variations named dudh puli pitha. Made with rice flour, coconut, milk and the primary ingredient dates/ jaggery, this is not an instant pitha recipe like others. Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
Dates jaggery - 1/2 cup ( as required )
Khoya - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
