Beef ribs with only kosher salt & 16 mesh black pepper rub and cooked on bbq grill at 275F until beef ribs reach an internal temp of 200F.
Pork ribs with kosher salt and black pepper and cooked indirect on bbq grill at 275 degrees F until there is good pull back on the ribs.
Put your ribs on the char griller gravity 980 at 275 degrees F with some cherry wood chunks in the ash pan for some great smoke flavor.
