This workout is a low impact ballet inspired full body workout that has no jumping, therefore is apartment friendly! This is slightly different from a "Barre" class in that it is more focused on the ballet aspect of a barre fitness class, but it still has a sprinkle of fitness!
This workout is less intense than my fitness barre class, but still a great workout. I will post a barre workout in the future if you would like!
I hope you challenge yourself, but also know your limits and listen to your body! I cannot ensure that you are doing exercises correctly, so please do your best to really focus on form and safety! If anything bothers you at any point or you are hesitant about an exercise, please listen to your body and take it easy and/or stop the exercise.
