Everyone involved in creating and sharing medical evidence has a responsibility to ensure it is communicated accurately. Our report explores how scientific evidence can be better generated and communicated, to enable everyone to make the best decisions about medicines [ Ссылка ]
Here we summarise recommendations to help ensure that medical evidence is communicated in an accessible, accurate and balanced way. These include improving patient information leaflets, strengthening the role of NHS choices and ensuring that scientific press releases are clearly labelled to allow their content to be easily assessed by journalists.
