Respecting image copyright is important as a student or nurse creating materials for clients. In printed and online material, images can improve knowledge retention. Knowing where to look is the first step.

***Note: I ask my students to cite the image creator name and source. A citation, even if not required, is helpful for the audience who may also want to know if they can use that image. It also helps me know that students have used images that they are allowed to use. In projects I expect a full citation. In discussion board posts I am more lenient as long as I can tell it did not breach copyright.

You may find more images if you pick the noncommercial option.
