One afternoon Mikami decided that it was enough and that some people had to be punished with dead.
Some of these people were terrible human beings and were doing
horrible things to the world around them.
Mikami was conscious that what he was about to do was right so that he could help God create a new world.
It didnt matter if he didnt know their names because he possessed the shinigami eyes that let him see peoples names by knowing their face.
