Oh no there’s wrinkles in my decoupage, well honestly there is a lot of wrinkles in napkin decoupage but I’m going to show you how to hide them. Some of the greatest decoupage artists in the world (not me) use much thicker paper than napkins and they don’t have a single lump or bump in their finishes. Want to know the secret…it’s layers!
