O'Rourke, who is running to be the next governor, told Abbott in a news conference on Wednesday: 'This is on you, until you choose to do something.' Speaking to reporters afterward, he condemned Abbott's record on gun violence, citing the 2019 El Paso shooting and the 2018 Santa Fe high school shooting.
