Give your kitchen a fresh look and more open feel by decluttering these 7 types of kitchen clutter! We spend a lot of time in our kitchens, so it is important that each of the items we keep there have an intentional purpose and improve our lives! Give some of these kitchen decluttering ideas a try to simplify!
Reflection Questions:
On a sheet of paper, list the appliances you have, the main purpose of each item, and how often you use each item.
Are there appliances that all serve the same purpose?
Could you declutter some of those duplicates?
Are there appliances you don’t use regularly that you don’t need anymore?
Kitchen Census
Use this census to inventory the kitchen items that you have and see what you might be able to get rid of.
How many people live in your household?
How often do you invite others over for a meal?
How many times per week do you wash your dishes?
Count up the number of each type of item that you have. Reflect on how many you actually need and declutter the rest.
This video was created as part of my decluttering course Better with Less. This was previously a paid course that I created in 2019. I have decided to make the course videos available to everyone on YouTube. Please note that there may be topics discussed in the video that are no longer available, such as the course Facebook group, live coaching sessions, or personal email support.
