Ingredient list
6 cups crushed strawberries
a squeeze of lemon
4 cups white sugar
1 box Sure Jell low sugar pectin (pink box)


Waterbath method
Tools needed
medium pot
half pint, jelly jars (I got exactly 9 jars)
new jar lids
rings
ladle
canning tongs to get jars out of hot water

Please double check your altitude for processing times. I am at or slightly below 1000 feet.
